It's actually the cran pgp key not pulling from the keyserver, I grabbed
it from pgp.mit.edu instead.

the *downloads seems to be in previous versions, do the other errors
here mean anything important to the build?

Everything else seems ok and I've fixed R and the qgis plugins by hand
on this version and plan to proceed with packing and iso building.
