I know I know, I write rst everyday at gvSIG plone portal :-)

If I do any test I'll try sphinx or rst2html locally to assure I haven't
broken anything. I could even create a branch for those tests to avoid
any annoyance.

Well, the aligner is not part of OmegaT, is a kind of helper to create
the TMX file and continue your translation using it. Anyway, I'll look
for more details about using OmegaT with rst.
