[Live-demo] Re: contributor and translator files

Thanks Jorge, that csv table directive makes things much easier.
I'll create a Makefile rule which builds the rst from csv along with 
some sed magic.

Hamish, I should be able to address all concerns noted, and I should be 
able to work this out without tapping into your programming expertise.
