Hi all,

A first review of the OSGeo-Live 4.5 alpha 2 has just finished.
This is the list of issues that were found and commented on the status
spreadsheet:

Failure to launch:
52nSOS --> The desktop link does not provide any feedback that the
service started.
Deegree --> The link does not provide any feedback that the service started.
Geomajas --> http link not working
Geonetwork --> Application link not working in Firefox (service start
and stop links work fine)
Rasdaman --> Not working. Build error?
Sahana --> Application link not working

Issues with versions:
Deegree --> Still in 2.x version
GDAL --> later version (1.7.3) than proposed (1.7.2) but seems it would
be great to have 1.8.0
Geonetwork --> Version completely outdated. The installed version
(2.4.2) is older than the one installed in OSGeo Live 4.0.1!
Mapfish --> still in version 1.2 instead of 2.0
Openlayers --> still in version 2.9.1 instead of 2.10
Osgearth --> still in version 1.4.1 instead of 2.0
OSSIM --> installed version 1.8.3. Need to update to 1.8.6 since this
was used in OSGeo Live 4.0.1
uDig --> installed version 1.2.0 instead of latest 1.2.1

All applications were tested if running, but quickstarts not tested in
this review. Web services were tested with GetCapabilities only.

Regards,
Angelos
