[Live-demo] 4.5alpha3 Built - Mapfish

All-
   I have confirmed rev 5697 of install_mapfish runs successfully

Please note that web2py installs in /usr/local/lib/
  it seems that would be a good place to put MapFishSample

  great to see MapFish running on the LiveDVD!
