[Live-demo] ORFEO Toolbox in OSGeoLive?

Hi all,

the SVN access is to the osgeolive repository works, thank you.

-I've updated the install script for otb.
-I've made few modifications to the overview and the quickstart pages
(taking into account Cameron's comments).
