[Live-demo] GeoKettle 2.0 released

Brian,

GeoKettle is already included in the LiveDVD. A quickstart is also available.

I have to update the install scripts for the LiveDVD and to revise the doc in order to be fully aligned with the last release. It will be done this WE.
