[Live-demo] Hot Swapping Datasets

Bob,
I'd love to see such a "localisation" tool created for osgeo-live. If
you have the time and dedication to follow through on it, then go for
it. But be aware that there are close to 50 applications on osgeo-live,
and each of them would likely to be customised in some way to support
the "localisation" feature, and then tested.
Ie, 1 day of simple customisation and testing for one application
becomes 2.5 months when applied to all osgeo-live applications. In
practice, it will likely be one person who will need to take on most of
that 2.5 months of getting the "localisation" feature up and running to
the point that projects continue to maintain it.
