[Live-demo] osgeo-live lightening presentation updated for v5.5

I've update the text and slides for osgeo-live lightening overview. 
(although it takes ~ 30 mins to present). I'm still missing a screenshot 
with the latest background, but the text should be final.

I've added slides for MapWindow and pycsw.
