[Live-demo] osgeo-live lightening presentation updated for v5.5

Hi Cameron,

I reviewed the presentation at

and commited a version with the changes.

I made some changes (the number is the slide number)
* I changed the properties of the file (title to OSGeo-Live, Subject to
GeoSpatial Open Source Software)
