[Live-demo] 5.5 Beta 4 Status

First impression from beta4 VM:

- The Geospatial menu worked fine.
- Nice new background image.
- pycsw, zygrib logo images failed to load.
- docs build is fine.

Going to test all software and update trac and spreadsheet
