[Live-demo] 5.5 Beta 4 Status

After testing all applications in beta 4, here is my report on open issues:

1. 52NorthWPS: The web service is installed, but the demo page, after 
hitting "send" button, creates an exception.

2. Deegree does not start at all. Tried to reinstall the service in VM, 
using trunk script. The problem still exists.

3. pycsw was not installed in beta4 due to download failure (sourceforge 
certificates over https). There is a fix in trunk and re-installing the 
service solves the issue.

4. R was not installed properly in beta4 due to IPv6 protocol. After 
changing the download mirror as suggested by Hamish, the problem was 
solved. I did not apply this fix to trunk since it is specific to my 
build environment.

5. zygrib was not installed in beta4. Reinstalling the application 
corrected the issue. So I guess it was temporary.
