[Live-demo] OSGeo-Live 5.5 final countdown - translations

Just an update of the projects version:
during the irc session I updated (where necessary) the following
overview documents in all translations and origin (English):
- openjump (1.5.1)
- qgis (1.7.4)
- openlayers (2.11)
- mapproxy (1.3.0)
- rasdaman (8.3)
- mb-system (5.3.1917)
