[Live-demo] poster template

[Alex Mandel]

I'd hesitate to put that in the svn, since it's a large binary. Be more
than happy to put it on OSGeo Downloads or in the OSGeo-Live sourceforge
area. Please attempt to compress it first though (perhaps 7zip).
