Thanks Patric,
I've reviewed the Cartaro Project Overview and committed changes back 
into subversion.
I've reworded a few things, and attempted to reduce the number of words 
used. I work on the principle of "less words get read more".

Could you please check my updates and ensure they look ok.
Feel free to correct the text if feel it is required.
