[Live-demo] "big" data sets on OSGeo Live

Angelos,
such a harmonization certainly will be a good step forward. Note that, as
rasdaman is multi-dimensional, we use 1/2/3/4/5D datasets. Alan might be able to
propose a 2D dataset we have already, for use by others, too.
