Hi all,
I see there is discussion on QGIS list about our documentation.
Currently live.osgeo.org points to the QGIS version and tools included
in OSGeoLive distribution (7.0).
The quickstart on the main site will not be updated to QGIS 2.x until
next OSGeoLive release, when QGIS will be upgraded too.
Since 7.0 is released, our svn trunk is now open again for changes. When
QGIS 2.x packages are released, OSGeoLive will include it. It would be
cool to have someone from the QGIS dev team to step up and update the
quickstart. Note: the nightly doc builds are available here:
http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/docs/en/index.html
http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/docs/en/overview/qgis_overview.html
http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/docs/en/quickstart/qgis_quickstart.html
Cheers,
Angelos
