[Live-demo] Translate Geomajas documentation

Hi Matthias,
During the build process, we check to see if translated docs exist, and 
if not, we link to the English documentation.
(See 
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/browser/livedvd/gisvm/trunk/doc/Makefile , 
look for "link_to_en_docs")

A crude way to link to English docs is to remove all out of date 
translation docs.
I would prefer we don't do this, as we are loosing all the hard effort a 
translator has put in place.

A simple and hopefully effective way is to approach the authors of the 
translations of your doc and ask them to update your translations. 
(Check logs for usernames)

A better solution, which will require some programming is to check 
version numbers of English and translated docs, and if translators are 
out of date, then insert a line "Please refer to English documentation 
which is more recent".
This should slot into the Makefile. You can also refer to 
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/browser/livedvd/gisvm/trunk/bin/extract_doc_versions.pl 
which is used to build:
