[Live-demo] Starting the build process for OSGeo-Live 9.5

Hi Angelos

Although I have experience in creating Arch packages, and source compiling,
I have no clue in creating debs (although I have done it once or twice in
the past).

I will be grateful if one could just give me a quick guide in how to create
a deb.
