[Live-demo] Running OSGeo-Live in Apache VCL

Hi Vaclav,
I'm not sure what should or should not be done yet.
With regards to replacing "user" with "<username>" in the creation
script(s), that sounds like a good idea, but would need to be tested
quite extensively to make sure it doesn't break anything.

If you have the time and commitment to do the testing, then I expect
you'd get the backing to put it in place.
(Angelos will likely be a better guide on this point).

With regards to you feeling a lack on knowledge on VCL, that is a fair
call. But I wouldn't want that to discourage you from doing the research
if you have an interest in this. By the nature of OSGeo-Live crossing so
many projects, we are almost always learning new technologies and
reaching out to new communities looking for advice.
If you wish to join us and help investigate VCL then we'd welcome your
help.

Warm regards,
Cameron
