[Live-demo] Fwd: [Projects] update your project's FOSS4G banner

Hi,

I believe we should endorse the international FOSS4G event on our web 
site without asking anything in advance. This is what other official 
OSGeo projects have done so far...

Then we have all the time to approach the LOC and ask if/how they wish 
to distribute OSGeoLive on the event.
