[Live-demo] OSGeoLive 9.0 status: distribution

Hi all,

The SourceForge folder is now un-staged and the full iso images have 
also been uploaded:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/osgeo-live/files/9.0/

Here is a complete draft of the press release:

We need to update the docs on live.osgeo.org in order to send out the 
press release.
Alex, can you please help with this? I don't have access to do the switch.
