[Live-demo] osm2pgsql needs an update

Triggered by the announcement of the osm2psql PPA on the OSM dev list
[0] and the resulting discussion about osm2psql packaging for Ubuntu, it
became clear that OSGeo-Live includes and old release of osm2pgsql (0.85.0).

For the new OSGeo-Live development cycle osm2psql should be updated to
the latest release (0.88.1 currently), which is the new long term
release after the 0.87 development releases in which the switch to C++
was made. [1][2]

It doesn't look like Kai Kruegers PPA is very actively maintained, so
it's probably best to build the package from the Debian GIS sources for
OSGeo-Live.
