[Live-demo] osm2pgsql needs an update

Hi Bas,
Thanks for bringing this issue up.
I have checked the ppa and only nightly builds are available so far:
https://launchpad.net/~openstreetmap/+archive/ubuntu/osm2pgsql-dev/+packages
The release ppa is empty right now:
https://launchpad.net/~openstreetmap/+archive/ubuntu/osm2pgsql
I will wait for a stable release to show up and I will copy over the deb
file to OSGeoLive ppa
