[Live-demo] Move Documentation to Transifex

Hi (all),

I noticed I'm added to lorem ipsum correctly. ;) Thanks.

But I'd like to remind that in Bonn QGIS documentation group (at least
some of them; Richard, Werner and Tim) promised to help in Sphinx etc.
if needed. Don't know their time schedule any more/at the moment.
I think asking help will shorten dev time?
