[Live-demo] [live-demo] MOTION: Retire GMT from OSGeo-Live 11.0

I like the notion of archivist, but an archive is rather static.  There is
projects who wants to be part of OSGeo-Live and room lacks.
Old release can be used as archives. And new release to add new content.

+1 to remove GMT
