I will add just some "food for thought". I respect and I am thankful for
the work already being done.
If we are migrating to a new Trac instance, why don't we take the
opportunity to change to github issues? With github issues, we can
relate issues with PR. The changes to the repos are more easy to follow
and understand. Trac requires another login, has a completely different
interface, etc.
I think we already lost a big opportunity to do the translations using
Weblate (open source) instead of Transifex (commercial). These decisions
are easy to take, but really difficult to revert afterwards. That is why
they offer free plans to start.
