What repo is iPython coming from?

FYI, docker does not recommend using default packages in ubuntu, they
have their own upstream repo.

https://docs.docker.com/engine/installation/linux/docker-ce/ubuntu/

This sounds like 2 repos that have a conflicting version of a dependency.
