For the issue 1.:
Original:

the link is probably then <http://live.osgeo.org/fi/download.html> (if
we guess that language is Finnish => fi (It could have been some other
also like se ;) )
I looked quickly [1][2] but I think it takes way too much time at the
moment to get involved it that now.
For translato,r knowledge of process is important:
Source -> Transifex, are version in use texts to translated updated in
Transifex and when new version replaces previous version?
Translated/translation updates -> how often website will be updated,
will OSGeoLive be updated even version number stays the same?
So could Vicky or Angelos, please update Finnish language into use? Please.
