[OSGeoLive] OpenJUMP 1.13

hey All,

OJ 1.13 was released and the prepared osgeo distro seems to install fine and starts up on 
  http://aiolos.survey.ntua.gr/gisvm/dev/osgeo-live-nightly-build34-amd64-3d4bc66.iso
had to manually install java though. just tried latest java 10, but 8 and 9 should suffice as well.

as usual we just modified
  https://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP/osgeo/osgeo.conf
which is included by
  install_openjump.sh
.
