[OSGeoLive] Propose to drop TOC in Overview page

For me, I think the issue is that the TOC should be a sidebar navigation
aide to jump to the section you want. But our theme generally doesn't
use sidebars (we could try a local override just on that page).
Otherwise, yes using the :hidden: option to hide the TOC seems reasonable.
