[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 12.0 status: rc1

Hi all !

Thanks Angelos for the report.
The issue that is troubling me is the one about istos data. Well, we can't
test everything and have to rely on projects team to help.
I still think we can make some tests during the iso building. Please see
ticket #2104 [1]

Not blocking tests but at least logging missing things.

What do you think.

Anyway, here is my vote to release RC1 as final: +1
