[OSGeoLive] Motion OSGeoLive monthly updating and versioning of the documentation

Hi all
Need to think more on the topic
The problem arises because docs & disk reside in different repositories and
both work at different paces and the website matches the latest
documentation.
we need more discussion on the topic, going to think.
