[OSGeoLive] Adding the MapCache project to OSGeoLive

Hi Seth,

Thank you for your efforts!
You have my +1.
The only issue I see is about using an external version of OpenLayers. 
This would fail without an internet connection. Can we patch it to use 
the GeoExt version?
