[OSGeoLive] provide 32bit version of OSGeoLive

thanks for the feedback. Sounds like good news.

Shall we give it a try.

Maybe not all software will work. But if most of it is ok, it would be 
better than still using version 11.0.

I could ask Severin to test the components that he needs and give 
feeback.
