[OSGeoLive] Quick starts template question (Season of Docs)

I have raised a PR today for the changes I made to the writing tips in
the uDig Quick Start file.

Jody and Frank, I made a few minor changes to the uDig content as a result.

I would appreciate some eyes on it.

Then I can move forward with my proof of concept of applying this to
the trial Quick Starts to get my workflow set up.
