[OSGeoLive] Notification of contribution and compliance with license guidelines

Hi all,
I belatedly need to follow this process that you've got documented in
the "Commit Access" section of this page

"I'd like to contribute edits to Quick Start documentation for
OSGeoLive. I confirm that my contributions to OSGeoLive will be
compatible with the OSGeoLive license guidelines at the time of
contribution."

I will now add my name to the contributors list to test my git setup.
