[OSGeoLive] MapSlicer QuickStart review (Season of Docs)

Hi Felicity,

I've just reviewed your review, and it looks good. It provides clear 
direction to the developer.

I'm keen to make sure the quality of such a review is not wasted because 
the developer doesn't follow through, and I'm checking in to see if you 
are getting responses from the developers. I can't remember how much we 
discussed on this topic, but I think our workflow should be:

* Reach out to Points of Contact of docs you are about to review with 
message of:

/"Hi, I'm a tech writing reviewing OSGeoLive quickstarts for Google 
Season of Docs for the next month and am wondering which projects to 
focus on. I'd like to review your project, but only wish to do so if you 
have the bandwidth to action my feedback within the Season of Docs 
timeline. If I commit to reviewing, will you have the bandwidth to 
action the review suggestions by the end of November? An example of what 
a review looks like is here:
