 Installing OSGeoLive 14 nightly build 164 on Ubuntu 20.04 in a virtual
 machine using Oracle VM Virtual box. pygeoapi service not running opening
 localhost:5000.
 Manually starting it (pygeapi serve), I got missing PYGEOAPY_CONFIG
 environment variable. After manually setting the environment variable
 (export PYGEOAPI_CONFIG=/usr/local/share/pygeoapi/pygeoapi-config.yml) it
 is working.
