[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 15.0 status: distribution

Hello Angelos,

makes sense to change the link for the vmdk in the docs.

I made a PR https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/pull/790

Althought we will miss the statistics for the vmdk from sourceforge as 
we host the vmdk on osgeo infrastructure. mayybe we can also provide 
statistics from here.

Here is the draft for the press release. Please review, add information 
and give feedback. I could send it later today
