[OTT_OSGEO] MapGuide Enterprise Seminar and MapGuide Users Group Meeting

I dropped a line the e-mail provided and gave a run down of our group
and how we came about from three seprate groups.

I framed it in the context that we are an open source group and that we
would be happy to have participation of their members using Map Guide
Open Source.  I also suggested someone might be able to deliver a
presentation at one of our meetings.

Now both of our groups are aware of each other.
