[Ottawa_users] online application for input and management of remote sensing Ground Control Points

Hello everyone,

   Does anybody know of an application that allows for
input and management of Ground Control Points (GCPs)
for remote sensing? Something that allows users to
input point coordinates along with corresponding
attributes and metadata. Much like OpenStreetMap but
for ground control points.

   The aim is to collect and store user-generated GCPs
which can then be used to analyze/classify remote
sensing data (e.g., Landsat).
