[Ottawa_users] Rendez-vous OSGeo-Qc is starting to take shape!

With the publication of its impressive conference programme last week, 
the June 15-16 Rendez-vous OSGeo-Québec is really starting to take 
shape. The response to the call for presentations that ended on April 
15th has been amazing, and what was only a great idea 6 months ago is 
now turning into an memorable and very exciting event!

We want to extend a special invitation to the members of the Ottawa 
chapter to join us (our neighbors!). FYI, Zak James, Yewondwossen Assefa 
and Andrew Ross will be speaking as part of the local conference 
program. Andrew will also be helping the conference by recording the 
talks. And finally, you are all familiar with our list of invited 
speakers: Frank Warmerdam, Jeff McKenna, Paul Ramsey, Tyler Mitchell and 
Steve Lime.

The early bird registration rate ends in three days (this Friday April 
30th). Unfortunately the registration form is all in French, but if you 
have any trouble with it please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll 
try to help out.
