[Ottawa_users] QGIS or OSGEO-LiveDVD on a Mac?

Hi Regie,

I don't have a mac.

Looking at the osgeo live dvd site (http://live.osgeo.org/en/download.html)
the software has both a windows & mac installer. I would be inclined to say
that they should have not problem. Have you pushed them towards the virtual
machine option?

As for accessing the data on harddrive from booted live-dvd. I've tested
the older osgeo 5.0 live dvd on windows 7 machine & could access files ok.
