[Ottawa_users] Proposal for a logo

Hello Fabien,

   Great work!

I personally like the logo with Parliament Hill and no shading on the
outline of Ottawa.

One thing I'd like to comment though is that there seems to be redundant
in putting in "OSGEO-Ottawa" and then "Ottawa Chapter" underneath. I
suggest that we drop one of the two. My personal preference is to keep
"OSGEO-Ottawa" but then again it be too long horizontally. The one with
"Ottawa Chapter" underneath OSGEO is more compact.... what about "OSGEO" on
top and then "Ottawa" in the bottom?
