[Ottawa_users] Happy new year 2014

Thanks Fabien for the summary. I agree, I'd like to see 2014 as the year 
become a bit more visible locally and reach out to groups with our 
meetups/hands on that might not know what GIS is but understand the 
power of the map. We def need to be involved with the upcoming Vision 
Geomatique Gatineau, this event is going to be awesome.

I'd like to thank everyone past, present and future for helping make the 
local chapter possible and supporting the OSGeo message of geo for all. 
To those watching the list but who may not have joined us in person; 
please come out to the local meetup, it's a great group of passionate 
folks who love geo. Look forward to seeing you there:)
