Hey guys,

I have a comment here. We had numerous discussion about the fact that this
item should be submitted to the user list before we validate that there
will be an award in 2014 (at least on in December and January). I have no
issue with having an award is if it is approved by most of the members.

So Javed, it is up-to-you to propose that to the mailing list prior to any
nomination.  The success is in the process.
