[OWSLib-devel] [owslib-devel] openSUSE packaging

Hi all,

I just added packaging support for openSUSE (rpm based).
As you can see here [1] OWSLib is now in Official openSUSE 
Application:Geo repository

I have created a pull request on github.
I will also update the docs and let you know.
