[Pacific] FOSS4G Pacific Islands

Hi Ed,

Regarding the possible domain http://islands.foss4g.org we/OSGeo can 
definitely set the domain up, but we would need the IP address of the 
server to point to, that will host that domain.  Please let me know once 
you are ready to host that.
