[Pacific] FOSS4G Pacific Islands

Greetings All,

As part of our logistics to start mobilizing FOSS4G Pacific Islands, I
would like to invite to you all to participate in designing a logo for
the event.

We would also start an initiative here with the Students at the
University of Fiji and GeoForAll Lab.

On the same token we will also provide the Server IP address soon.
